The commercial terms that will govern direct orders once pricing and payment are live.

Products and availability
Product images and descriptions will be kept accurate, but small production or packaging variations may occur. An order can only be accepted where stock is available.
Price and payment
The retail price, quantity discounts, accepted currencies, taxes, and payment gateway are not yet confirmed. No payment is collected by this prototype.
Order acceptance
The final terms will state when an order becomes binding, how confirmation is delivered, and what happens if an item becomes unavailable after checkout.
Delivery and risk
Carrier rules, delivery estimates, responsibility for incorrect addresses, international duties, and the point at which responsibility transfers to the buyer will be confirmed before launch.
Safety and adult supervision
The pack is recommended for ages 4 to 6. Final crayon certification and small-parts wording must be supplied by the client and shown on the product page and packaging where required.
Custom and wholesale orders
Bulk, branded, and wholesale purchases are governed by the written quote or wholesale agreement, including artwork approval, minimums, payment terms, timing, and delivery.
